FORECAST:
- The heat and humidity continue to build as we end the weekend with a few storms possible again too. Temperatures will climb into the low 90s this afternoon but feel like the upper 90s with high humidity.
- A few storms will bubble up with the heating of the day and there’s a low risk for a strong to severe storm.
- Damaging wind gusts and locally heavy rainfall are our top concerns. Looking ahead to the work week, we’ll continue to watch for a very isolated storm risk, especially for the High Country.
- Otherwise, the heat and humidity will continue to build with highs in the mid-90s midweek feeling more like the low triple digits.
