Waxhaw Police said there was a robbery call at about 3:15 p.m. Thursday at the State Employees’ Credit Union on South Providence Road.
Officers are searching for a male who is about 5-feet, 7-inches tall wearing a white shirt with black writing.
Call 911 if you see him and don’t approach him.
At 5:40 p.m., police said they believed the suspect left the area and there is no danger to the public.
