Truist Bank ends work-from-home policy, requires 5 days in office

CHARLOTTE — Truist Bank said the days of working from home are coming to an end.

The Charlotte-based bank confirmed to the Charlotte Observer that all employees will need to be in the office five days a week starting Jan. 5.

The current policy lets hybrid employees work from home one day a week.

The bank has around 3,000 workers in the Charlotte area.
