CHARLOTTE — You’ll soon be able to make stop requests while riding the Gold Line.
Starting Monday, Aug. 31, riders on the street car will be able to hit the stop request button, similar to CATS buses.
CATS says Gold Line streetcars will stop at stations when a customer has requested a stop, or when a customer is waiting to board.
They say the change is designed to improve speed.
