CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating a fatal crash that took place Monday night.
The incident occurred in the 5600 block of Paw Creek Road in the Freedom Division.
Paramedics said they pronounced one person dead at the scene. It is unclear what led up to the crash.
Paw Creek Road is currently shut down.
No additional details have been made available.
