CHARLOTTE — A person died after being hit by a car in west Charlotte Wednesday night.
It happened just before 8:45 p.m. on the 2100 block of Beatties Ford Road.
According to MEDIC, the person was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department later confirmed that the person died.
No additional details have been made available.
