HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Old Statesville Road is closed south of Hucks Road in north Charlotte due to a crash Wednesday morning.
An overturned dump truck brought down a utility pole around 4:30 a.m.

The road is blocked as crews work to clear the crash.

MEDIC says no one was injured.
Duke says they hope to have the road reopened by 12:30 Wednesday afternoon.
Drivers can use Statesville Road as an alternate route.
