CHARLOTTE — A driver is expected to face a judge Thursday morning in connection with a fatal crash on Reames Road in north Charlotte.
The crash happened at the intersection with Metromont Industrial Boulevard around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Police arrested Jeffery Wilkes for misdemeanor death by vehicle. They say he crossed the center line killing Carl Canipe Junior.
