CHARLOTTE — Maya Hotels made an unconventional decision at its upcoming Steele Creek property, eliminating 11 revenue-generating guest rooms to make way for an immersive restaurant, bar and event venue.
Dear Charlotte will occupy 4,200 square feet, roughly half of the sixth floor of Maya Hotel’s Hilton Garden Inn, creating a whimsical garden-inspired retreat featuring botanical cocktails, artisan pizzas and shareable plates.
The project is under construction at 4936 Trojan Drive, near Charlotte Premium Outlets, Topgolf and Charlotte Douglas International Airport. It is expected to open this fall.
