CHARLOTTE — If you shopped on Fashion Nova and filed a valid claim, you should be receiving money soon.
The Federal Trade Commission is issuing refunds to nearly 150,000 customers for a total of roughly $2.4 million.
In 2022, the federal agency claimed Fashion Nova blocked negative reviews.
It was the first case of this kind for the FTC.
The company didn’t admit to doing anything wrong but agreed to settle the case.
However, if you didn’t file a claim during a certain time period, it’s too late to file one now.
