CHARLOTTE — Two cats died in a house fire in west Charlotte Tuesday morning.
The fire broke out at a home on Crossridge Road.
At the scene, smoke could be seen coming from the roof of the house.
Charlotte Fire says they were able to rescue four other cats from the home.
It took 20 minutes to get it under control.
Channel 9 is asking for more information, including what may have started the fire.
