HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — This $65 million-plus mixed-use project in Huntersville is shaking up its restaurant plans.
Burtons Grill & Bar has taken over a roughly 6,000-square-foot space at Birkdale Place with plans for a spring 2025 opening. It will be at 8908-A Lindholm Drive.
Napa on Providence had initially signed on at Birkdale Place but has since terminated its lease.
“We were fortunate to have a lot of interest,” says Trent Gustafson, president of Gustafson Partners, which is behind that development. “We’re please with how things worked out. At the end of the day, it’s just a better offering for diners.”
