CHARLOTTE — Carowinds is set to open for its 52nd season on March 15 with an exciting lineup of new events and attractions.
The park will expand its Camp Snoopy area with two new family rides and introduce new festivals such as Summerbration and Viva La Fiesta. Returning favorites like SCarowinds and WinterFest will also be part of the 2025 season.
“Carowinds is known for being the home to world-class entertainment,” said Ryan Allen, director of live entertainment. “Our expanded event offerings for 2025 will help families make new memories and have more fun as the midways come to life on the state line.”
Highlights this season include the new Summerbration on select days in June and July, Viva La Fiesta from July 19 to Aug. 10 featuring colorful cultural performances and cuisine, and Spring Break Days from April 11-27, featuring live entertainment and the 10th anniversary celebration of Fury 325. Oktoberfest will bring the spirit of Germany to the Carolinas from Sept. 13 to Nov. 2 and SCarowinds will celebrate 25 years of fears with its Halloween-themed attractions from Sept. 12 to Nov. 2. WinterFest returns from Nov. 22 to Jan. 4 with millions of lights, holiday décor and festive performances.
