ANSON COUNTY, N.C. — Jatwann Laqavious Howard, also known as ‘Phizzle,’ is now in custody after turning himself in at the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
The Anson County Sheriff’s Office issued warrants against Howard for being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was considered armed and dangerous.
Deputies had notified the public on Thursday about their search for him.
