BURKE COUNTY, N.C. — Two people were seriously hurt in a head-on collision in Burke County Tuesday morning.
The crash happened around 8 a.m. on Kirksey Drive near Vine Arden Road.
Morganton Public Safety is currently investigating the two-car crash.
Officials say both people had to be extricated from their vehicles.
Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the crash.
