CHARLOTTE — One person was killed Wednesday afternoon in a crash on Interstate 485 in north Charlotte, MEDIC said.
It happened on the outer loop at about 2:40 p.m. near Interstate 77.

The outer loop was closed and the crash is expected to clear before 5 p.m.
